Yesterday we sent out our first batch of orders of Monster Adventure Terrain! It will take us about a week to get everyone’s orders but we are working hard to get it done as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been sent out, you will get an email from Backerkit with your tracking information. Depending on your pledge level, your order may come in multiple boxes and they may not arrive on the same day - just wanted to give you a heads up so you don’t panic!
If you are picking your order up locally, we will send you instructions with pick-up windows and location once we have your order pulled.

Apologies for the delay in this update, we have been busy unloading the shipment of Monster Adventure Terrain that has finally arrived at our warehouse!
We need a few days to sort through the shipment but we are hoping to start shipping out next week. We truly appreciate your patience as this has been a bumpy journey but we are so excited to start shipping out your pledges of Monster Adventure Terrain!
Friday is the last day we will be able to make address changes so please send us a direct message if you need to update your account.

Hi Everyone!
Your orders of Monster Adventure Terrain are currently crossing the Indian Ocean and are set to arrive at port on August 14th! From there, it typically takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. Once we receive the container it will take a few days for us to start processing the orders but it looks like we will be able to start shipping products out to you by the end of August, beginning of September.
For our Retail backers, your items are on a later shipment that should be arriving a week or two later but we are hoping to have everything shipping out by mid September.
We wanted to thank you again for your patience with the unexpected delays but we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, and we are so excited for you to experience Monster Adventure Terrain!
