Hi All,

Last Reminder! You have 2 days to fill out your survey from BackerKit!

There are still 110 backers who have NOT filled out the survey. Without your responses, we do not have your shipping address or confirmation of your pledge. As mentioned in previous reminder updates, we cannot fulfill your pledge if we are missing this information and you will not receive product.

PLEASE send us a message through Kickstarter if you cannot find the survey in your email so we can send you your individual survey link!

The BackerKit survey will close this Thursday, September 5th.

Hi Backers!

At this time, there are still 139 backers who have not filled out our BackerKit survey (sent via email in July). This is a reminder that all surveys must be completed by next Thursday, September 5th. If you cannot locate the survey, please check your junk folder or send us a message and we can send you a link! Unfortunately, anyone who has not filled out the survey by September 5th will forfeit their pledge. This means we will process your payment but you will not receive product. If you don't fill out the survey, we won't have your shipping information or know what product you pledged for. As previously mentioned, we surely don't want this to happen. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you are having issues completing your survey!

If you are unsure whether or not you filled out the BackerKit survey, you should have received a confirmation email upon completion. Alternatively, feel free to send us a message and we can confirm for you!

Production Update #1

Hi Everyone!

This is the first update of many as our aim is to keep everyone as up to date as possible on our production and fulfillment status as we work to get you your product as quickly as possible.

Our first update, unfortunately, brings some less-than-great news.  As soon as we received our post campaign funds, we went right to work with production. Our first order of business was molding the tools that would produce our terrain sets. To develop a product as precise as Monster Adventure Terrain, the measurements and tolerances have to be perfect. Having less-than-perfect tolerances means shipping a product that doesn't allow for full modularity or more complex builds. For us, anything less than perfect, is just not option.

Getting these tolerances perfect was a challenge, but we've finally accomplished this and are officially in the mold-building phase.

However, with the unexpected time it took to perfect these molds, we're unfortunately forced to push our fulfillment timeline back to spring 2020. We did everything in our power to get this done as quickly as possible, and I'm sure it is as disappointing to you guys as it is to us.

The good news is that the most difficult phase of production is past us. All that is left is to build the molds and produce the product.

We're being conservative as possible here in our fulfillment estimates, and we're still looking for ways to speed up production to get the product in your hands as soon as possible. We'll be sure to keep you up to date as our production progresses.

Hi Backers!

If you haven't already, please fill out the survey from BackerKit ASAP! 

The deadline to fill out your survey is August 31st. If we do not receive your response by the 31st, we will not be able to ship the product to you and unfortunately, you will forfeit your pledge. We really do not want this to happen so be sure to fill out your survey before the closing date!

If you can't find the email from BackerKit, check your spam folder and feel free to contact us if you have any other issues!

Backerkit Shipping Fees

Hi Everyone, 

If you haven't already seen our survey from BackerKit, please check your email (and your spam folder) and fill it out as soon as you have a chance!

Since the survey opened yesterday afternoon, some of our backers have had questions about the shipping fees, and we wanted to take a moment to clarify.

We worked through all the different shipping options and went to every length possible to get the cheapest rates for everyone.  As you may have seen us explain on comments, due to the nature of the product when packaged there is a lot of "empty space" (the pieces don't nest inside each other) which means the shipping boxes, especially for some of the larger sets, will have to accommodate a lot of pieces. We hope this helps clarify any questions you might have.  

We've tried to be as transparent as possible throughout the process and charted out the estimated shipping rates on our Kickstarter page during our campaign. The shipping estimates listed under "Shipping Information" are still accurate but to avoid any confusion we have also included a chart below outlining all the shipping fees that will be charged through BackerKit (pledge manager) for each set. As we promised, we did not charge more than the estimate for any set. 

Remember, through the BackerKit survey you are also able to change your pledge level should you deem the shipping fees for your original pledge level too expensive. For example, you can change your pledge level to one of a lesser value and put the remaining credit towards shipping fees.
